New business — save this now
Give these two values to the business. They'll paste them into the extension’s Manage page → Business connection.
The key won’t be shown again in this format. It stays visible in the list below but this “save it now” panel closes when you dismiss it.

What kind of business is this?
This is how Cue knows which apps to suggest, which sites your team opens each morning, and what your departments are probably called. You can change all of it afterwards.
These are the apps businesses like yours run
Untick anything you don’t use. Anything missing can be added by name — Cue works with software it has never heard of.

And the sites they open every morning
Tick the ones your team actually uses. Employees choose for themselves whether these open automatically — you are deciding what is on the list, not what launches.
Who works here?
Departments are how access works — an employee sees the skills for the software their departments are given. Tick the ones that match how you actually split the work.

Pages to set up
Each item is a screen inside one of your apps that someone should build a skill for. Items marked suggested came from AI — check them against the real page before trusting them.

Departments are how access works. An employee sees the skills for every piece of software granted to any department they’re in — so someone in both Sales and Billing sees the union, not the overlap. Owners and admins see everything regardless.

The apps your team works in. Every skill belongs to exactly one piece of software, and access is granted at this level — there are no per-skill permissions to keep in sync.

Give Cue's AI the docs it needs to make specific suggestions. Upload your product catalog, retention scripts, SOPs, price lists — anything that describes how your business actually works. Extracted text (up to ~60k characters total) gets used every time the AI proposes tips, importance flags, or money moves.
Knowledge base ?
No files yet. Upload your product catalog or retention playbook to get started.
Managers ?
Emails allowed to create skills from the extension. Employees not on this list connect the same way but see a read-only extension — no Capture / Voice / Complete Page buttons. Leave the list empty for open access.

Regenerate from catalog hints ?
Re-run the AI content generator against your current Business profile and KB, steered by the catalog hints stored on this skill. Useful after you update your profile or add KB files. Existing tips/gotchas/money moves are preserved — only new ones get appended.
